This is a website that allows you to transfer files which are too large to be sent as an attachment to an email. The files are transferred in an encrypted manner directly via the internet.

If you wish to send us a large QuickBooks file, you should ensure that you use an Admin Password within QuickBooks if the file does not already have one. Please use our standard “Admin” password. If you are uncertain about this contact us to confirm it.

If you are not using our standard “Admin” password, please call us or send us a separate email to let us know the Password you are using so that we can open the file.

When you set the QuickBooks Password, set it to close the books effective the Year-End you are sending to us. This prevents you from changing your data for that fiscal year after sending it to us.

You should then make a Backup Copy of your file and save it on your computer.

One of the boxes allows you to send a message to us along with the file. Click on the “Browse” button and find the Backup File you made for us.

The Sender Password is our standard QuickBooks “Admin” Password.

The site automatically notifies us that your file is there waiting for us. We go to the site and download it to our computer. You will receive a confirmation when we ‘pick up’ the file.

When you receive the email indicating a file has been sent, click on the Web Address in the email.

This will take you to the screen where your file is ready to download.
